Antoine D. Daniels built The Daniels Legal Firm, P.L.L.C. around a simple idea: the people with the most at stake work directly with the lawyer.
A graduate of Florida State University and the FAMU College of Law, he has spent his career in Florida's courtrooms. As a former Public Defender in Hillsborough County he defended people facing the most serious charges of their lives. As a former insurance defense attorney he learned exactly how carriers evaluate injury claims.
He is a trial attorney who has handled both jury and bench trials throughout his career, and that courtroom readiness shapes how every case is built from day one.
Today he represents the injured, the accused, and the families left behind across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, Manatee, and Sarasota Counties.
